If your first choice of Lazer product does not meet up to your expectations you have the possibility to exchange for another Lazer product, or get your money back.
This promotion applies to Lazer helmets and eyewear which were purchased after September 1, 2018.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased helmet/eyewear and wish to claim a refund of the purchase price, you must return the helmet/eyewear to the dealer from whom you purchased the helmet/eyewear within 30-day of the original purchase date, stating “30-days money back program”.
Only dealers participating in this program are legible.
On presentation of the original purchase receipt, or a copy thereof, you will be refunded the purchase value from your dealer or another Lazer product of the same price. NB bank statements do not apply as purchase receipts.
Possible shipping costs for the purchase of the product or returning the product to the dealer are for own account. Lazer does not compensate shipping/transport costs. Maximum 3 returns per person.
Products that have been modified or damaged by outside influence (for example as a result of a fall) are excluded from this action. Lazer reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this promotion unilaterally and, in case of abuse, exclude participants from this promotion.
